Modelled to the level of development you actually need

LOD is agreed in writing before production, element category by element category where it matters. Over-modelling costs you money and slows every subsequent change; under-modelling produces a model that has to be abandoned at the next stage. We would rather spend twenty minutes settling that than deliver either.

Set up so the model does the work

Views, sheets, view templates, schedules, tags and filters configured in your template so that a change to a wall type propagates to the schedule and the sheet without anyone redrawing anything. Naming and sheet numbering follow your conventions, not ours. Worksets and shared coordinates set up if you work in a federated model with consultants.

Handover that does not need us

Native RVT, IFC for coordination, DWG exports where your consultants still need them, and PDF sheets. Plus a short written note on how the model is structured — what is modelled, what is drafted in 2D, what the view templates do, where the families came from. Your team should be able to continue the project without a call.

Where Revit is not the answer

On some reconstruction packages a well-organised AutoCAD set is faster, cheaper and entirely sufficient, and we will say so. We work in both and have no commercial interest in pushing you into a model you do not need.
