Reconstruction is the normal case, not the difficult one

Most drafting support is priced for new build, where the input is clean and the geometry is whatever the designer drew. Existing buildings do not behave that way. The archive is partial, the last renovation was never recorded, the datum moved, and two drawings of the same wall disagree. Our strongest ground is exactly there.

Practically, this means we do not return a set full of assumptions presented as facts. Where the material supports a dimension, it is drawn. Where it does not, it is marked as requiring verification, and the list of items requiring verification is delivered with the set — short, specific and ordered by how much each one would cost to get wrong.

What we work from

Measured survey data, archive drawings, photographs, laser measurements taken by your team, technical passports, previous renovation packages. We are comfortable assembling a coherent set from material that arrives in five different formats and three different levels of reliability.

What the set is for

As-built documentation is rarely an end in itself. It is the base for a reconstruction package, a change-of-use application, a handover file or a portfolio digitisation programme. We build it so it serves that next step: consistent naming, a single datum, and a structure the next package can extend rather than redraw.

Output

Floor plans of the existing condition, sections, elevations, demolition plans where the project calls for them, and finishes and opening schedules. Delivered in DWG, in Revit, or in both, with a note on file structure so your team can pick it up without asking us anything.
