Reconstruction of an administrative building — 1 708 m², 36 sheets

An existing brick administrative building with a mansard roof, taken through full reconstruction documentation — from as-built survey to issued-for-construction (IFC) drawings. The brief covered facade repair and repainting, roof and waterproofing replacement, selective demolition and rebuilding of partitions, new floor and ceiling finishes throughout, and full M&E system replacement (water supply, electrical, ventilation).

Acted as Chief Project Engineer (GIP) on the commission, coordinating the complete multidisciplinary documentation set through to construction issue and assembling the project team engaged specifically for this job. Personally authored the Architectural Solutions (AR), Site Layout Plan, Technological Solutions, Fire Safety Measures, and Accessibility Provisions for People with Disabilities sections; structural and building-services sections were delivered by specialist consultants under his coordination.
